Spectacular home is available year round, and we require a stay of
at least 4 nights. Rates vary depending on time of year and
length of stay, but the basic price schedule is as follows:
Weekly rate: $4,200 - November through April $4,450 - May through June, and October $4,800 - July through September Nightly rate: $720 per night - November through April $780 per night - May through June, and October $825 per night - July through September Christmas and New Year's weeks $5,400 per week We require a deposit of $1,000 US that is fully refundable at the end of your stay. We also provide optional additional services:
